I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t think. The brain fog was so heavy I sometimes wondered if I was losing my mind. This is a 14-session journey, with one session every two weeks—intentionally spaced to give you the perfect balance of support and breathing room. It’s designed to keep you moving forward, while also giving you time to reflect, apply what you’ve learned, and integrate changes into your real, everyday life.
There’s no pressure. No rush. Just steady, compassionate guidance that meets you where you are and walks with you at a pace that feels doable and empowering. This structure helps you build lasting habits, make meaningful progress, and truly feel the transformation—without overwhelm.

From there, we’ll introduce your customized wellness plan, designed specifically for you. You’ll receive initial recommendations around diet, lifestyle, and foundational supplementation (supplements not included), all aimed at supporting your body’s natural rhythm and helping you feel more grounded, energized, and emotionally balanced.
