I didn’t become a menopause coach because I read it in a textbook. I became a menopause coach because menopause brought me to my knees.

It stole my energy, my confidence, and, for a while, even my sense of self. I was anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, and emotionally exhausted. The hot flashes and night sweats were relentless. I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t think. The brain fog was so heavy I sometimes wondered if I was losing my mind. My body ached, my moods were unpredictable, and the fatigue made every day feel like a mountain I didn’t have the strength to climb.

At one point, I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror anymore. I felt like I was unraveling—alone, misunderstood, and unsupported.  But that wasn’t the end of my story. It was the beginning of something greater.

I made the decision to reclaim my health—and my life. I educated myself. I immersed myself in holistic healing. I learned how to support my body, balance my hormones, and listen to what my soul had been trying to say all along. Slowly, I came back to life. And I came back stronger, wiser, and more compassionate than ever before.

Now, I’m here to guide you through this journey—not with judgment or jargon, but with empathy, experience, and proven tools that actually work.

Our Program

A Gentle, Supportive Rhythm for Real Change

This is a 14-session journey, with one session every two weeks—intentionally spaced to give you the perfect balance of support and breathing room. It’s designed to keep you moving forward, while also giving you time to reflect, apply what you’ve learned, and integrate changes into your real, everyday life.

There’s no pressure. No rush. Just steady, compassionate guidance that meets you where you are and walks with you at a pace that feels doable and empowering. This structure helps you build lasting habits, make meaningful progress, and truly feel the transformation—without overwhelm.

Session 1: Initial Session (Comprehensive Health Assessment):

Your Story Matters: A Deep Dive into Your Health History

Before we begin your transformation, we start with something essential—your story. Understanding the full picture of your health is the foundation of everything we do in the Menopause Coaching Package.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Your current symptoms and health challenges 
  • Past illnesses, surgeries, or injuries that may still be impacting you 
  • Medications, treatments, and hormonal history (including contraceptives or HRT) 
  • Emotional and lifestyle factors 
  • Family health background and any inherited tendencies

This is not just about ticking boxes—it's about connecting the dots. We look for patterns, underlying causes, and imbalances that may be contributing to your menopausal symptoms. Whether it’s adrenal fatigue, thyroid shifts, emotional burnout, or nutritional deficiencies—we want to know the whole story, so we can support you fully.

Session 2: Your Personal Wellness Roadmap:

In this second session, we sit down together and explore the results of your Comprehensive Health Assessment—a powerful scan that gives us insight into what’s really going on beneath the surface.

We’ll go through your health metrics in a way that’s clear and easy to understand, highlighting key areas like hormonal balance, nutrient status, stress response, and energy flow. This isn’t about numbers—it’s about your lived experience and how your body is responding to the shifts of menopause.

From there, we’ll introduce your customized wellness plan, designed specifically for you. You’ll receive initial recommendations around diet, lifestyle, and foundational supplementation (supplements not included), all aimed at supporting your body’s natural rhythm and helping you feel more grounded, energized, and emotionally balanced.

This session is where clarity begins. It’s where your healing journey starts to take shape—with practical, supportive steps you can take right away to start feeling better.

12-Session Coaching Journey: Real Support for Real Change:

This isn’t just a program—it’s a guided, supportive journey through the ups and downs of menopause with someone who truly understands.

Over the course of 12 personalized coaching sessions, we’ll focus on helping you manage your unique menopause symptoms while also working toward long-term, radiant health. Whether you're dealing with hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue, weight gain, anxiety, or sleep struggles—we’ll address it all with compassion, strategy, and practical tools that fit into your real life.

Each session builds on the last, giving you the space to grow, reflect, implement, and transform—step by step, at a pace that feels sustainable and empowering.

In this session, we’ll explore how movement, stress relief, and supportive therapies can ease symptoms and help you maintain a vibrant, connected, and fulfilling intimate life. 

Physical Symptoms of Menopause

Menopause can bring challenging symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disturbances, and vaginal dryness, which can impact daily life and confidence. Together, we’ll explore effective, holistic strategies—including both local treatments and natural therapies—to help you manage symptoms and feel like yourself again. 

Skin Disorders and Skin Aging

Menopause can speed up skin aging—leading to dryness, wrinkles, and a loss of elasticity that may impact confidence. We’ll explore the role of hormonal changes and lifestyle factors, along with personalized skincare, supplements, and natural therapies to help you restore glow, firmness, and hydration.  

Professional Life and Menopause

In this session, we’ll explore how menopause affects women at work, including the role of hormonal changes and how stereotypes, discrimination, and lack of support can make things harder. We’ll discuss strategies for coping with menopause in the workplace, from self-care and communication to adjusting the work environment and asserting needs.  

Cardiovascular Health and Associated Risks

Menopause can increase the risk of cardiovascular issues due to a drop in estrogen, leading to conditions like high cholesterol and blood pressure. We’ll focus on prevention strategies, including diet, exercise, stress management, and quitting smoking, to support heart health and reduce risks during this transition. 

Psychological and Emotional Impacts

Menopause affects both emotional and psychological well-being, with hormonal shifts often influencing mood, anxiety, and self-image. We’ll explore how this transition can be both a time of inner challenge and deep self-reflection, offering an opportunity to redefine purpose and reconnect with your authentic self. 

Social and Relational Aspects of Menopause

This session explores how menopause can shift social and relational dynamics—impacting family life, friendships, and self-esteem shaped by societal expectations. We’ll look at how menopause can impact cognitive health, including memory lapses, anxiety, and low mood due to declining estrogen. Our focus will be on natural, brain-supportive strategies—like nutrition, movement, and mindset tools—to help you stay mentally sharp and emotionally balanced.  

Lifestyle and Symptom Management

While some menopause changes are inevitable, a healthy lifestyle can help manage symptoms and improve well-being. This session covers how a balanced diet can reduce hot flashes, support bone and heart health, and prevent weight gain.   

Spirituality and Meaning of Life

Menopause often sparks reflection on life’s purpose and legacy. This session explores the spiritual and existential aspects of this transition, focusing on reconnecting with inner desires and navigating fears about aging and solitude. We’ll discuss practices like meditation, nature contemplation, and altruistic involvement to cultivate mindfulness and resilience.
